SYNOPSIS
Emma, Dustin and Beth travel to rural New England for a weekend to inspect the cabin they've just inherited from their dead father.
As Emma and Dustin disagree over whether to sell the house or turn it into a vacation rental, while Beth tries to mediate, strange things begin to occur.
They soon learn that the house belonged to a woman long before their dad bought it. And even though she died many years ago, she's not yet ready to let the place go.
